Thanksgiving Day and more

Thanksgiving day we went to Matt's Grandparents in Cincinnati. His family from Georgia and South Carolina were in town and we hadn't seen them since our wedding so it nice seeing them again.

Ryder just turned 8 months and is crawling and pulling himself up! He just started walking slowly while holding on to something. He is getting so big. He and Adeline have so much fun together. I love to see them interact!

I've been busy decorating for Christmas and buying gifts. I am happy to say I am almost done with my Christmas shopping! I'm usually rushing around the week before Christmas trying to buy all the gifts, so I wanted to start shopping really early this year. Glad I did! 

We went to the Library for Santa Family Night tonight. The kids got their picture with Santa, but neither one of them smiled. They were both scared of Santa! I will post the picture once I get it. Adeline made a reindeer out of a candy cane, played a snowball game and made a Christmas Card. They provided cookies and juice too. I don't know what I would do if we didn't have access to a library! Adeline loves going there...they always have great activities and events for children and I love being able to rent any books and DVD's.

Have I mentioned I'm so excited for the Holidays? :) I get to eat great food, spend quality time with family, give presensts (and of course recieve presents ;)), see my sisters, go on a weekend get-a-way with Matt to the Kalahari resorts (a Christmas present to each other), and most important celebrate the birth of Jesus! I am so blessed!
