Pizza Casserole & A Haircut

Pizza Casserole is one of Matt's favorites. His mom made it frequently while he was growing up. She would have to triple the recipe for him and his brothers because they would devour it!

Pizza Casserole
4 cups shell macaroni (cooked)
1 lb. ground beef
1 med onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash oregano
14 oz. can pizza sauce
1 cup parmesan cheese
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni-chopped
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef and onions, seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet. Drain. Combine beef mixture with parm cheese, tomato sauce, pizza sauce, macaroni (already cooked) and oregano in a deep casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes.

Yesterday, Adeline got her second hair cut. More of a trim than cut. Poor girl has some wispy, stringy hair! She can never wear it all the way down because she looks homely, thus the pigtails all the time! She did so well sitting still while the girl cut her hair. She's very serious and doesn't move a muscle. It's so cute :) I didn't take pictures this time but here are some pictures from her first hair cut about six months ago.
