Pictures from Chuck E Cheese a couple weeks ago:
Parmesan Chicken
3 chicken breasts sliced in 1/2 (I use chicken tenderloins)
Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
Large jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego)
Spaghetti noodles
3 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Dip chicken in egg and cover with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil. Pour 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan. Put chicken on top. Cover with 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and top with remaining spaghetti sauce, then remaining cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Serve on top of cooked Spaghetti.
